Programs

Every way to bring Arnold into the room.

Keynote, workshop, coaching or a full year of leadership development. Every program below is available virtually or in person, and every one gets rebuilt around your people before Arnold shows up.

How you can bring him in

Nine formats, one speaker who tailors every one of them

Arnold has been doing this since 1985, so the format is rarely the hard part. What takes the time is rebuilding the material around your group, whichever format you pick. For the topics themselves, see the six he is asked for most.

Keynote

One high-energy session built for a single slot on the agenda: an opening, a closing, a luncheon or a dinner. The most common way planners bring Arnold in for the first time.

General session

A session inside a larger conference agenda, sized and paced for the full room rather than a smaller breakout.

Breakout session

The same material, tightened to breakout length and a breakout-sized room, running alongside other sessions on the schedule.

Half day or full day workshop

Room to practice, not just listen. Exercises, small group work and time for the questions a group would never ask in a keynote.

Multi-session training program

The same group more than once, so a skill gets practiced and checked rather than filed away after day one.

Retreats and facilitation

Offsites, planning sessions and board retreats where Arnold runs the room rather than simply presenting to it.

One-to-one executive coaching

Individual work between Arnold and a single leader on communication, presence and a specific, named problem. Full detail on the coaching page.

The Leadership Mastery Program

His longest commitment to a client: a full year, ten modules, coaching included. Detail below.

Oral proposal coaching

Helping a team prepare the talking points, the slides and the delivery for a competitive bid before they walk into the room.

There is no published fee schedule for any of the nine. Fees depend on the format, the length of the engagement and travel, and Arnold quotes them once he knows what you need. Call or text 703-869-1881, or send a note with your date and group.

Based on his book

Winning Presentation Skills

Put power, punch and pizzazz into your presentations. This program is built for people who present occasionally rather than for a living: the characteristics of successful presenters, the twelve most common mistakes, how to settle speaker's anxiety before you stand up, and how to open, hold attention and close. Sessions run with practice rounds, video and honest critique in the room, and it can extend into one-to-one coaching or oral proposal preparation for a specific bid.

Not sure which format fits

Tell him the group and he will tell you honestly

Vienna, Virginia, booking nationwide, in person or virtual. If a keynote is not the right fit for what your group actually needs, Arnold will say so on the first call and point you toward the format that is.
